Why you may not be able to log into Intersend |

This may explain why you are not able to log into Intersend. When you attempt to log in, if it fails, do you see in red text "Invalid login, please try again." If so, you may not be typing your username or password correctly, or you may not have been activated yet. If you are certain you have the correct username and password, have you received the email that you are activated? The subject line would be BIRDVIEW Technologies Intersend Account - ACTIVATED. It would come from This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please note, password resets will email to you even if the account is not yet activated. To expedite activation, please contact the billing department, 8am-5pm CST Monday through Friday. If you do not get the red text, but the screen just reloads, you may have security software that is blocking the necessary secure connection. You may need to add intersend.com as a trusted site within the software. |
