How to change an i-Mail 1.0 password

The steps below will help you to change the password for your i-Mail 1.0 account:

Step One: Type the following address for the i-Mail 1.0 "Email Assistant" directly into the address field of your web browser: http://mail.birdview.net/assistant

Step Two: Enter the current username & password into the corresponding fields and click the "Login" button.

PLEASE NOTE: The username will be your full email address (i.e. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ).

The username & password are required to gain access to i-Mail 1.0 webmail.   If the login cannot be remembered the Customer Support department must be contacted using one of the following methods to provide assistance in getting you this information:

Step Three: Type the new password into the "New Password" & "New Password Again" fields and click the "Save" button.
