How to change an i-Mail 2.0 password (for webmail version 3)

The steps below will help you to change the password for your i-Mail 2.0 account in webmail version 3:

Step One: Type the following address for i-Mail 2.0 webmail version 3 directly into the address field of your web browser: http://webmail3.birdview.com

Step Two: Enter the username & password into the corresponding fields and click the "Login" button.

The username & password are required to gain access to i-Mail 2.0 webmail.   If the login cannot be remembered the Customer Support department must be contacted using one of the following methods to provide assistance in getting you this information:

Step Three: Click the "Settings" link (in upper right hand corner of the page).

Step Four: Click the "Account Maintenance" link.

Step Five: Click either the "Password" or "Change Password & Secret Question/Answer" links.

Step Six: Type your old password into the "Old Password" field, the new password into the "New Password" & "Re-type New Password" fields and click the "Update Password" button.
