Hot Real Estate Consumer Lead

According to the National Association of Realtors 50% of agents call leads back within 54 hours; 50% never call. Compare this with the fact that studies have shown 74% of consumers work with the first agent that contacts them and you can see a problem. Agents that do not call consumers back quickly will not see much business from Internet leads.

Not All Leads Are The Same

There are a number of reasons why agents do not call leads back in a timely manner. Software does a really good job of handling those types of questions. Real estate websites are not good at answering questions like "can I see that property". When we talk about hot leads the definition of a hot lead is when a consumers wants you to contact them and has reached out to you via your website.
